It is full of helpful information, with many of the questions having been created by parents and children. Somerset Graduated Response Tool
We are using the Somerset Graduated Response Tool to support our early identification of SEN, and to help us to implement appropriate provision to support barriers to learning. This replaces the Somerset Core Standards. More information can be found here.
